Halo 2 is the sequel to the highly successful and critically acclaimed Halo?: Combat Evolved.
In Halo 2, the saga continues as Master Chief?a genetically enhanced super-soldier?is the only
thing standing between the relentless Covenant and the destruction of all humankind.
Game Features
The single-player campaign in Halo 2 isn't particularly lengthy, and it should take the
average player 10 hours or less to crawl through on its default difficulty setting. The
story starts you out as the Master Chief, the intrepid space marine that blew apart the
Halo ring, a devastating galaxy-destroying weapon, in the first game, much to the dismay
of the Covenant, a group of alien races who regard the ring as a religious artifact that
will send them on "the great journey." The plot of the second game deals with the Covenant
attempting to go on this great journey using another Halo ring, called Delta Halo. But
there's plenty of political upheaval going on in the Covenant ranks, making it tricky all
around. Add in a Covenant invasion of Earth, and you've got all the pieces required to throw
these factions together again for another round of fighting--though since some of the Covenant
races will be fighting each other, too, it's often easier to just run past all of the action.
Even though the hour count for completing the campaign is already low, at times the game
feels like it's dragging on, repeating the same corridors and same enemies a little too
frequently. Toss in a couple of extremely underwhelming boss fights, and you've got a pretty
solid campaign, with some good vehicle sequences to break up the first-person action.

Bid For Power (BFP) is a quake 3 total conversion. We have taken quake 3 and used it to create a new game. In order to play BFP, you would normally need the full retail version of Quake 3 Arena, but you are lucky a team like DigitalZone exists:
BFP used to have Dragonball Z Models Maps. But since FUNimation got ~censored~ and didn?t allow DBZ characters to be used they had to be taken out.
We, DigitalZone have brought them back to you in the newest version of BFP 1.2. We have added more than 80 DBZ original models for BFP and we?ve taken out the 6 Non-DBZ models. We?ve also added numerous original DBZ Maps. In total you?ll have 25 maps.

- 81 different selectable characters, each with 5 attacks.
- 25 maps, mostly DBZ original maps!
- Loads of different ki attacks including controllable, homing, and chargeable attacks (no guns).

Counter-Strike is a first-person shooter in which players join either the terrorist or counter-terrorist team (or becomes a spectator). Each team attempts to complete their mission objective and/or eliminate the opposing team. Each round starts with the two teams spawning simultaneously, usually at opposite ends of the map from each other. A player can choose to play as one of eight different default character models (four for each side, although Counter-Strike: Condition Zero added two extra models, bringing the total to ten). Players are generally given a few seconds before the round begins (known as "freeze time") to prepare and buy equipment, during which they cannot attack or walk/move (a player can still take damage, having the player drop from a certain height during freeze time was the only way somebody could control the players starting "HP"). They can return to the buy area within a set amount of time to buy more equipment (some custom maps included neutral "buy zones" that could be used by both teams). Once the round has ended, surviving players retain their equipment for use in the next round; players who were killed begin the next round with the basic default starting equipment.

Standard monetary bonuses are awarded for winning a round, losing a round, killing an enemy, being the first to instruct a hostage to follow, rescuing a hostage or planting the bomb.
The scoreboard displays team scores in addition to statistics for each player: name, kills, deaths, and ping (in milliseconds). The scoreboard also indicates whether a player is dead, carrying the bomb (on bomb maps), or is the VIP (on assassination maps), although information on players on the opposing team is hidden from a player until his/her death, as this information can be important.
Killed players become "spectators" for the duration of the round; they cannot change their names until they spawn (come alive) again, text chat cannot be sent to or received from live players; and voice chat can only be received from live players and not sent to them (unless the cvar sv_alltalk is set to 1). Spectators are generally able to watch the rest of the round from multiple selectable views, although some servers disable some of these views to prevent dead players from relaying information about living players to their teammates through alternative media (most notably voice in the case of Internet cafes and Voice over IP programs such as TeamSpeak or Ventrilo). This technique is known as "ghosting".

Naked Raygun and two members of The Methadones. They sound a lot like a
combination of those bands, and they also have similarities to Youth Brigade.
Their 2005 album Indecision on Thick records was amazing, though there
wasnt much buzz about it. Hopefully they get some more attention on No Idea,
because this album is even better. Pick it up on colored vinyl with a tshirt.
